Our Dream AI scores 49 out of 100. It is a broad custom AI companion builder with stronger positioning than some visual-only girlfriend apps, but public proof of account-specific cost, memory reliability and technical privacy is still too thin for a high recommendation.

This is a research-based review using Our Dream AI’s public site and category comparison data. We have not completed a hands-on paid test yet, so we treat feature claims conservatively.

OurDream has the strongest YouTube footprint of the newer VLMAI apps we checked and a real Reddit footprint. That makes it worth a fuller review, but it also means the page needs buyer-risk detail instead of clean promo copy.

Why does Our Dream AI rank #25?

Our Dream AI pitches a flexible companion rather than only a browseable girlfriend feed. That matters. A product that can be shaped into a romantic partner, friend or confidant has broader use cases than a simple image generator.

The public page also claims adaptive personality, visual content, emotional intelligence, memory and privacy. Those are exactly the right claims for the category. The problem is proof: until checkout, technical data handling and long-term memory are verified directly, it belongs below the established leaders.

How good is the conversation?

Likely acceptable for casual companion chat, based on the product positioning. The site focuses on companions that adapt to the user and support different scenarios.

That is promising, but we need real conversation receipts before scoring it near Nomi AI, Kindroid or Candy AI.

For a hands-on second opinion, NSFWLists’ OurDream AI review (updated 6 October 2026) logs its own tests of the chat, memory, images and video, and finds image and video consistency the weakest part.

How well does it remember and stay consistent?

The public copy says companions remember stories and grow alongside you. That is an important promise, but not the same as a documented memory system.

For now, Our Dream AI gets partial credit for the claim and loses points for lack of verification.

What happens to your privacy and data?

OurDream is operated by Dream Studio USA, Inc. Its privacy policy was last modified on 26 August 2026 (rechecked 6 November 2026).

• Training permission: the policy lists chat communications among collected information and expressly includes training its AI/machine-learning models among permitted uses. That is policy permission, not proof that a particular chat was used. Do not assume a no-training promise.
• Encryption: the policy describes encryption at rest and in transit. Those controls do not establish end-to-end encryption that prevents provider access. We have not audited the architecture.
• After deletion: some information is kept for legal compliance and security; we have not tested erasure.
• Sale opt-out: the policy includes the standard opt-out for Nevada residents from the sale of personal information.
• What’s missing: retention periods for chats or generated images.

Is OurDream AI legit and safe?

OurDream AI is a real, working product with public pricing and a help centre, but most of its safety claims are unverified. That gap is a large part of why it scores 49/100.

• Documented: public plans ($19.99 monthly or $119.88 yearly), an account-deletion route under Settings → Account management, and help-centre rules on billing and media access.
• Not verified: the homepage’s end-to-end encryption claim, which account content is actually used for training, and how long generated images are retained. The policy permits training; that is not a no-training guarantee.
• Watch: its help centre says images and videos are blurred after membership expires until you resubscribe. Action costs are published, but unused-coin retention rules conflict and the starting free balance is unverified.

How much can you customise it?

Customization is the clearest strength. Our Dream AI is built around creating a companion that matches a fantasy, relationship role or emotional need.

It does not yet look as deep as Kindroid’s structured builder, but it is more flexible than basic browse-and-chat apps.

How much does OurDream AI cost, and is it worth it?

The official plan guide, rechecked November 6, lists $19.99 USD billed monthly or $119.88 billed once a year ($9.99/month equivalent). Monthly membership starts with 1,000 Dreamcoins; annual membership starts with 2,000 including a 1,000 bonus. That guide advertises 1,000 each month thereafter. These are public terms, not a verified regional checkout.

The action-cost guide also says subscribers receive 1,000 on their billing anniversary while stating that coins do not refresh monthly. We have not reconciled the annual account’s actual grant timing or whether that wording describes additions rather than resets. Check your wallet history rather than assuming a balance replacement.

What costs Dreamcoins?

The official cost guide, checked November 6, separates ordinary subscriber chat from paid models and media:

These are alternative arithmetic examples, not one combined allowance or our usage test. The guide also lists 10 coins for two standard generated images and one coin per free-user message. Free signup does not establish a usable starting balance. Other editing, voice and video modes have different charges; verify the selected action before generating.

What happens to Dreamcoins when you cancel or request a refund?

OurDream’s official help pages disagree about unused coins after membership ends. Do not budget on guaranteed rollover or restoration. Here is what each source says, checked November 6:

Before cancelling, save your billing-period end date, wallet balance and receipts. Ask support to confirm included versus separately purchased coins, post-expiry use and reactivation in writing. Save permitted copies of media you want to retain; do not assume continued unblurred access or spend coins merely to avoid an unverified expiry rule.

Cancellation is not an automatic refund. Help-centre eligibility excludes products more than 25% used and monthly subscriptions whose coins are used up; annual purchases may qualify for full or partial refunds. The legal refund policy separately provides a discretionary defect review and EEA/UK/Swiss withdrawal provisions, with digital-service consent conditions. Why is annual pricing not a monthly payment?

The advertised $9.99/month yearly figure means $119.88 upfront, not twelve independently cancellable $9.99 payments. Twelve months at the public $19.99 monthly rate would total $239.88 before tax or extra credits; the difference is $120. That arithmetic is not a recommendation to commit for a year before verifying the product.

A small first-month budget is easier to judge than an annual commitment. Keep subscription spend and extra dreamcoin purchases separate when comparing the real cost of companion subscriptions.

What do Dreamcoins establish, and what do they not?

The public paid plan includes access to image/video generation and a monthly dreamcoin allocation. That establishes a credit layer, not the number of images or videos a particular buyer will receive. Different actions may consume different quantities.

Before buying a refill, check the current per-action charge, failed-generation treatment, expiry or rollover, and whether previously generated media remains accessible after cancellation. Is cancellation an automatic refund?

The official policy says subscriptions can be cancelled in account settings or by contacting support, with access through the current period. Unused portions are generally non-refundable unless law requires otherwise.

For a nonfunctional or significantly misdescribed service, the policy asks users to contact support within 14 days; any credit, replacement, fix or refund is discretionary and handled case by case. It separately describes withdrawal rights for EEA, UK and Swiss consumers, including digital-service consent conditions. This is not a universal no-questions-asked 14-day refund promise. The homepage claims end-to-end encryption and that staff cannot read chats. We have not independently verified that design.
