What can you contact us about?
- Corrections. If a price, plan limit or policy on this site is wrong or out of date, send the page URL and a link to the official source. We re-check it and log the change with a date.
- App makers. You can send pricing or policy updates. Scores come only from our 100-point method; we do not sell scores, ranks or review changes.
- Press and research. You may cite our pricing index, privacy incident tracker and Character.AI exit kit with a link. Ask if you need the underlying data.
- Partnerships. We take affiliate partnerships, which are labelled as described in our affiliate disclosure. We do not sell links or sponsored posts.
What can we not help with?
